EXCHANGES

We will accept the exchange of FULL PRICED ITEMS unworn and undamaged with the tags and original packaging for exchange or site credit. Full price items purchased using a discount code, are available for exchange only.

You must email us within 7 days of your item being delivered to start your exchange—anytime after no exchanges will be accepted.

All items to be EXCHANGED require a Return Authorization number. To request an RA email HELLO@NOUVEAUANDVINTAGE.COM with your
1. Name, 2. Order Number 3. brief description of the issue and. We will respond with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer expedited shipping (1-2 days depending) on a case-by-case basis. Please Email Us (hello@nouveauandvintage.com) if you would like to overnight your order. We are not responsible for late packages. We suggest in the strongest terms to purchase the shipping insurance we offer at checkout, this protects you from lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

International shipping

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in any of our prices. Your package may obtain additional duties and taxes fees issued by customs in your country as your package is in transit to you and these are out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying all additional fees required by customs. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.
